本书作者以其多年在国外从事国际贸易业务和国际工程承包所积累的实践经验，以及近些年从事国际贸易实务教学和研究的体会，根据最新有关国际贸易的法规和国际惯例，依托WTO营造的国际经贸背景而编写了这本教材。本书分四个部分，即国际贸易实务概论、国际贸易条件、国际贸易程序、国际贸易方式，全面系统地介绍了国际贸易的运行机制、进出口货物贸易知识和基本环节。
